MAIL ORDER

Mail Order customers, please follow these directions*:

Please send an email to me at: webmaster@henimage.com and include the following information and I will send you an invoice via email that you can print and send in with your payment or I can arrange to send you a Paypal invoice if you choose.

Please include:
1. Your name;
2. Full shipping address including street address, apartment number (if applicable), city, state, zip;
3. Telephone number (will only be used if I need to contact you about our order);
4. Email address (where your invoice will be sent, or where I may contact you if I need further information about your order and to send you proofs for personalized items.);
5. The product number(s) of the item(s) you would like to order - include size, description and color selections (as applicable);
6. The Product number (when you view items in the cafepress shop, the item number is written below the 'add to cart'
selection;
7. The quantity of each item you would like;
8. Your preferred method of shipping and other shipping details, i.e. delivery confirmation, etc.

Items can be shipped worldwide. Please note that if any customs/duties/taxes are imposed it will be the responsibility of you, the recipient .
